I had a completely negative experience with them, while on the phone they were extremely helpful, I cannot say the same regarding touring the house.
Immediately following our entry into the house with the agent Ronnie Patel, who did not provide us with the information we requested and went outside the house leaving us alone in the property, which meant we did not get a proper viewing because he was busy with others people interested in the house despite the fact that this was during our appointment.

Mr. Ronnie does not exhibit professionalism in his work.

Nonetheless, we ask him several questions, and requested that he provide us the form for retaining deposits and offer a payment plan for landlord.

Of course, we did not receive any form or even a phone call about it; we attempted to contact the agency, but were only answered after the property had already been rented.

Before you say that you can't find me in the system, I will inform you that all the steps were taken by my boyfriend, please stop lying to people that you didn't find them in the system, we all have confirmation emails from you.
